We are now hiring a marketing and administration officer. This position is an on-going position for the appropriatecandidate.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstratethe following proficiencies:A demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;High level organisational, problem solving and customer service skills;Excellent attention to detail,Excellent communication skills, both written and oral to communicate with staff, students and overseas clients; andExcellent time management skills and the ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines (under pressure).Intermediate skills in MS suite of computer software (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word)
To be the right fit for this role, you are also expectedto be- Very fluent in English and Chinese- Punctual and Efficient in work- Ability to maintain a professional work relationship withcollege staffs.- Willingness to always help colleagues- Work experience as a receptionist or in hospitalityindustry is highly appreciated but not expected
