QueensCollege Australia is located in Level 2, 2 CunninghamStreet, Sydney.
We are now hiring a marketing and administration officer. This position is an on-going position for the appropriatecandidate.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstratethe following proficiencies:
  • A     demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • High     level organisational, problem solving and customer service skills;
  • Excellent     attention to detail,
  • Excellent     communication skills, both written and oral to communicate with staff,     students and overseas clients; and
  • Excellent     time management skills and the ability to manage varied and conflicting     demands to agreed standards and timelines (under pressure).
  • Intermediate     skills in MS suite of computer software (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word)

  • To be the right fit for this role, you are also expectedto be- Very fluent in English and Chinese- Punctual and Efficient in work- Ability to maintain a professional work relationship withcollege staffs.- Willingness to always help colleagues- Work experience as a receptionist or in hospitalityindustry is highly appreciated but not expected
