Business Unit Administrator:
Overview:
Administer a new internet basedsales business in Australia, with support and coaching from an existingexperienced team. Be the key staff champion to grow our new business with yoursolid administrative skills, through developing good customer and supplierrelationships and strong attention to detail.
Key Job Functions:
Purchasing, customer interfaceand supply chain oversight (order management)
Purchasing functions
Liaise andnegotiate prices with OS and local suppliers
Select supplysource considering price, availability, reliability, and supplier conditions
Sales and technical team interface:
Support andreceive support from sales/technical team on inquiries and supply;
Assist thedevelopment and conduct of marketing campaigns;
Work with salesteam on product promotions, graphics and sales collateral.
Maintain CustomerRelationship Management (CRM) database.
Work withtechnical staff to support website modifications and promotions;
Product knowledgenot required, however, on job training and learning is expected over time.
Customer liaison functions:
Maintain goodcustomer relations, timely feedback on inquiries and order status.
Collaborate withmanagement on product and customer profitability.
Order Management place orders, monitor lead time and shipping status, advise customers of order status;
