We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual for an immediate start at our Property Real Estate agency. Our modern office is located in fantastic city location. We have a dynamic and motivated team with young and friendly culture. Without doubt we are one of the most prominent in the area and fantastic team culture.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
?       A positive “can-do” attitude
?       A bright, switched on personality
?       Reception experience
?       excellent phone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills
?       Prior knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook


Your duties will include:
?       Directing all incoming calls and emails
?       Supporting the sales and property management with general administration duties
?       Assisting with marketing. Be responsible for brochures, newspaper and internet advertising.
?       Managing the progress of data entry and mail merges
?       Organising & maintaining the reception area to ensure the smooth running of the office and general tasks as required.
?       Assisting with ad-hoc administration duties.
