3 room quiet unit
both house and bedroom are fully furnished
$140 per week plus shared bills (internet and electricity)
tpg 150G fast broadband internet and landline is set up
biggest room in the house will be available from 12 July 2009
double bed, comfortable mattress, build in wardrobe, study desk with chair, and a fan
2 big windows facing 2 directions.
currently 2 master students are living inside, one girl and myself
whom we are looking for is someone tidy and responsible, a girl is preferred
