我觉得，如果是打算自己打理，跟你自住的区不要离太远比较好。如果交给中介打理，那么在哪个区都无所谓。另外如果是整房出租，南区的出租回报比例会比较差。但是增值潜力需要更进一步比较才能知道。
可以买得起house，不要买townhouse或者uni。毕竟投资回报不能只看出租回报。房屋增值才是大头。
