只與一名女生share一個廁所

我們希望出租予一位乾淨整潔的房客
房間裡有一張雙人床, 備有一張大書桌, 和一個很大的built-in wardrobe
你只需帶同你的行李和bed sheet就可以搬進來了
$160 AUD/week, 接受短期及長期

整個房子的家具都是我們自己買的, 我們比較講究住宿的舒適度
這裡不像一般的share house, 不論廚具或影音設備都是不缺的
另外我們家的internet穩定度高, 有500gb的瀏覽量, internet的quota是UNLIMITED!!!
另外家裡還有安裝TVPAD, 可觀看到香港,台灣,中國大陸的直播節目與劇集
房子的位置亦十分優越, 對有車沒車的人都非常方便
這裡有bus直達City/QUT/ valley (200, 204,222) 另有209 直達UQ,
另一方向,以上所有車只需5分鐘便能到達Carindale Shopping centre, 對於在那邊上班的人非常方便
家中2個housemate都會開車, 我們經常開車接載整家人到supermarket

One single room available in a beautiful townhouse !!!! Be quick to get it


Our house is located near the Carindale Shopping centre,
It is a three bedrooms townhouse with two bathrooms and one toilet,
We now have one single room available for rent and you would only have to share the toilet with one girl housemate
We have been keeping the house in a very tidy and clean condition so I am sure you will love living in our house
We are looking for a friendly , honest. Hygienic housemate
There is one double bed, a large desk, and a large built-in wardrobe in the room (pillows, bed sheets and quilt available on request) or you can use your own
Simply just move in with your luggage because we have everything in our house
Now only renting for $160/week, (long-term renting preferable, however, short-term rental negotiable)
Available from 3rd Sept (3/9)


Because we do care about the living standard, this wont be like other the other houses for sharing
We use good quality kitchenwares, a set of entertainment system which include (42'' TV, 7.1 speakers, karaoke system)
In addition, we do have a TVPAD installed which allows us to watch any live TV shows from all ASIA countries
We have UNLIMITED internet available with fast speed installed


In regards to the transportation,
there are buses going to CBD/QUT/Valley (200,204,222), also there are 209 which brings you to UQ in just 10 minutes
All the buses above running from the opposite direction can bring you to the Carindale Westfield Shopping centre in 5 minutes which you can pretty much find all the shops there!
Two of our friendly housemates can drive so we always can take you for a grocery shopping together :)


* We have two lovely & friendly chihuahuas (very small dogs), so please consider carefully if you are not an animal person
