We have three single rooms currently available.By renting any room,
*you will be having 1 queen bed,1 desk, 1 chair,they were all bought half year ago only, also, this room was newly renovated as well;
*you will be sharing bathroom,toilet,kitchen, etc with only another 2 boys,they are clean,nice and easy going;
*you dont have to live with propery owner,so that you will be having maxi freedom and comfort;
*if you love swimming, there's a beautiful and clean pool at the back, we do the daily base maintenance;
*BBQ area as well;
*you can park your car in front of house,its a safe and convenient street;
*garden city shopping centre is just cross the road, so is hungry jacks, petrol station,pizza hut, domino's,nandos, all kinds of cafe, restaurant,cinema,even Asian Grocery shops;
*you can take 150,160,77,555,etc to Griffith Uni,only 5 min; CBD,QUT,takes 20min; 169 to UQ,15 min,etc,most of buses here work late;
