此unit有两个卧室，卫生间和洗澡间独立. 砖房，非常新。
-入住时间：从2016年08月1号开始.价格可根据入住时间调整。
-如果选择单人间$145/week, 双人间为(couple $220)，share bills.
-步行至QUT, QIMR, Royal Brisbane hosipital，步行10分钟以内。平常基本不用坐车。离city坐车5-8分钟。
-家具齐全，包括厨具，被子枕头。拎包入住。
-近Herston 车站。购物交通方便。离菜市场，超市非常近，步行范围内，省公交，而且菜市场便宜。
-环境好，安静舒适。适合学习。公寓下面有游泳池。-房东易相处，安静，目前有两人居住。
