One large bedroom in a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom CBD apartment in the city. Easy walk to Central Markets and Victoria SQ tram. There are many bus stops close by also.

Rent is $240 per week includes all bills. ( staying less than 3 months) , or $200 per week with sharing all bills ( staying at least 12 months ).

Located a very short walk to Rundle St with many restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby.

The room comes with a large wardrobe and a desk and beddings ( as requested and free)

The apartment is spacious with a loungeroom, dining area, separate kitchen, one bathroom with shower and bath, and a toilet is separated from the the bathroom.
