岗位职责：1、负责当地的别墅、公寓、渡假租赁等高端住宿的拓展工作，与合作伙伴建立商务合作关系，开拓美国市场；
2、对于意向合作的别墅或酒店进行考察，并与符合要求的签订商务合同；
3、与别墅或者酒店方做好日常的沟通协调,反馈公司客户的意见和建议;
4、分析当地行业动态，收集先关信息，并及时向首席执行官汇报。
