我家是marion shopping center 附近的房子 位置在oaklands park
里面一间出租
房租按月算一个月31天是447 30天是432包水煤 家具全
饭的问题 我们是希望搬进来就可以一起吃啦
家里有人每周负责买菜 如果一起吃就大家一起做每周15块饭费
如果不要一起吃也可以 不过既然住在一起当然希望一家人一起吃
我们的厨艺都很好= =。
其实在家一起吃的次数也不多 因为常常外面吃 这个无所谓
走路10分钟到shopping center 5分钟到coles 3分钟到火车站
虽然marion看起来很远但是我们家交通很方便的
不然也不会住这里那么久啦
差不多15-20分钟一定可以到city而且火车不会miss
公车也在家门口 263 241 245 248
家里一共是要4人住的  现在有住2个阿大男生和unisa的女生
我们人都很好=。=
看房就要诚心点 因为我们是想要长租的
