探亲签证3个月满了，怎么办，一定要回中国吗？

这个主要是看你是否pr了，然后父母有合理的理由要停留一年，然后就是提供足够材料证明他们到期就回国，签证基本可以获批。

估计最多批三个月。不过听说现在有新类别的探亲签了，一批就是五年，多次往返，你可以向移民局咨询一下。

他们是一年多次往返的签证，估计无法续签，毕竟1年没到

唉，我婆婆他们找中介帮他们弄的，他们不会弄，我们也没时间，中介那又是个朋友开的，就没想那么多

下次还是自己弄吧，就填个表，其他的都是些复印件，从第二次开始资金方面的资料都不要了，很简单，自己做上心还省钱。
