请教郑律师有关父母移民的事宜

想请教一个有关父母移民的事. 我父母在去年年底获取了付费移民的签证, 签证要求最晚登陆时间是今年六月中旬.

但不幸的是我母亲的癌症复发了, 现在正在中国治疗. 她最初有这癌症是在Adellaide治疗的, 大概两年前.

我们想请问象现在我母亲的情况我们需要通知移民局吗? 她可以在中国接受部分治疗,然后在来澳洲继续治疗吗?
