国内孩子吃的不是鱼油，是dha,海藻油，美国的，这里很少单独卖孩子吃的dha的，这里都是卖鱼油的，里面有dha 和 epa，鱼油是儿童专用的，我只找到过一种dha，澳洲的，但是是油的，很难喝进去，除非拌在饭菜里面。这里和国内的情况不太一样，国内4季明显，孩子户外时间短，这里的孩子户外时间长，一般营养都够用了，钙的话，建议冬天减少户外活动的时候适量补一点，要加D3的钙哦。

我是舍不得宝宝扎针，孩子过敏我都不敢去测过敏源，怕太小了，抽血多可怜啊

楼主老是看国内怎样怎样，你看看到底是国内的孩子养得好还是在澳洲的孩子养得好，不就有结果了吗。如果很喜欢国内的养法，那就按照国内的来。鱼肝油补多了，会中毒的。钙补多了，会使软骨提前钙化。国内有医德的医生还有多少，一切向钱看的。
