尾椎以前受过伤 所以我也感觉不出是肌肉还是骨头的问题
而且这种疼痛会常常顺着左右大腿两条经向下延伸
所以大腿常常酸痛并且肌肉会抽动 感觉像老寒腿

是这样的，第一次看是很贵的，叫entry fee，但是之后的价格就会便宜很多。比如说我第一次看是150，但是第一次就是45了。

另外，不要去做热敷啊。
