Hello,
I have one furnished room in two story 3 bedroom townhouse in Mawson Lakes central.New furniture,suitable for students.
My aunt is living in one bedroom with her own bathroom and toilet.Other room is occupied by young profecional female.The house is located close to mainshops,restaurants and UNI,as well as a short walk to the bus stops and train station.The house is fully furnished,has aircon/heating system.
You will be sharing a bathroom and toilet with a female.
Rent is $130 per week.Rent does not include utilities.All bills will be shared equally.
You need to be clean,tidy and respect other people privacy.
Bond and two week rent to be paid in advance
