各位大神们，小弟拿到RMIT的博后职位，提名信上职业为University Lecturer (242111)。现在我要办457签证，准备签证材料时发现如下问题，恳请大家帮忙解答一下！

对于这两段说明，我是需要进行职业技能评估还是不需要呢？按照我的理解，我的职位并不属于 Project and Program Administrator 或者 Specialist Manager，我是不是不需要进行这个评估？

我是刚毕业的博士生，并没有工作经验，这个reference应该怎么给呢？实习、助研或者助教一类的能算吗？
