大双人床，街道安静，房间光线好，街边free parking且始全天始终有车位
走路去 fair 顶多20分钟（龟行速度） 附近走路两分钟有一3路车站可直达griffith uni和fair
只与另一室友share bathroom 绝对不会有时间冲突
房东房客皆为 griffith student 友好易相处，希望能与你成为朋友
只希望未来房客不要在室内吸烟，注意公共区的清洁，且最好不要在家中party
