求帮助关于如何投诉房屋中介

后来有发现马桶漏水，厨房漏水，中介也是一直所他会尽快找人来修。
但是一个月过去了，中介一直以各种理由推脱，比如联系不到body corporate，比如那个人负责的人生病了之类的，然后说他们没有权利派人来检查和修。期间我是各种打电话，发邮件，去他们的office。可惜就是没人来修。
最近经常又经常下雨，所以外面下大雨，浴室下小雨，而且伴随着屋顶的一些石膏块往下砸。我也有告诉他们，屋顶有很多电线都泡在水里。
今天因为漏水，导致地板都是水，不慎滑倒，摔到头部。伤势不是很严重但是伴随偶尔的呕吐头晕。

所以我想问，这种情况下我是去fair trading 投诉他们的还是直接找律师告他们。

你當初簽約時應該都有簽過一份Form 18a, 所以可以找RTA申訴並且請問他們該如何處理‧ 另外請問你都有用 ...

我们有用email联系，也一直都有保存，而且我也有发漏水的video给中介。那我周一去RTA先。

你當初簽約時應該都有簽過一份Form 18a, 所以可以找RTA申訴並且請問他們該如何處理‧ 另外請問你都有用email聯絡仲介嗎? 如果沒有，接下來你必須使用Email與你的仲介，因為若最後吵上court，那些mail都會成為證明文件‧ 另外不用另外找律師，RTA會給你公訴律師的聯絡方式，這是FREE的，但找上律師上法院這都是最後一階段，依照你的狀況，應該在RTA調解階段就結束了‧Btw，因屋況問題而家人或你受傷，在調解時可要求賠償，但金額多少這就難以拿捏了‧ 但可以拿受傷醫院或診所等單據去要求‧
