TPG等了一个月了，还是有故障。求大伙鉴定是什么问题。

有么有同学知道这大概是什么问题？
有的救吗？

因为听说有人tpg搞了两个月都没通网的！

adsl灯不亮
MDF线路没问题
家里线路ok
tpg exchange 线路ok
电话有dial tone，打不出电话，提示音： service not available，pls contact Telstra
