K-1转绿卡申请表格的诸多问题

1.I-485，I-864，I-131表中都有Alien Registration Number 是不是入境时  I-94表的 A#  吗？
2.I-131表是不是一定或最好一起提交呢？
3.I-485表的part1部分 其中有Current USCIS Status一项是该写 K-1 Visa还是Applying for Green Card(正在申请绿卡),另外I-765表的第15项也有。
4.I-485表的part2 C的部分 要未婚申请批准通知（好像没有拿过什么通知），是不是就是I-94表。
5.I-864表的Part1 a，b， 的那一种身份适合我们的情况呢？
  a,  I am the petitioner .I filed or am filing for the immigration of my relative
  b,  I filed an alien worker petition on behalf of the intending immigrant,who is related to me as my......
6.体检报告（一个信封）是和其它申请表一起提交还是另外提交呢？
问题有点多还望包涵，知道一部分的也可以，谢谢大家！！！
