希望我的经历对非上海籍但是想在上海签的同学会有帮助。话不多说，言归正传：
7月15日，预约1:45，实际一直到下午4:30左右才签上了，其他的时间大部分都是在站着等。现在上海不需要早排队，你只要提前半小时到就可以了，早到了，没有到你的预约时间，也不会发牌给你。
我对当天的VO没有很深的印象，不过有真的很水的，有的人只被问了一个问题，就过了，亲眼所见。由于本身有硬伤，所以没有报任何侥幸心理，但是做了很充分的准备。我是分到了一位很认真的VO。
VO: good afternoon, sir.
Me: good afternoon. Here is my materials.
VO: Ok, thank you. Where are you going to study?
Me: Accounting at HVCC
VO: oh, I see. How old are you?
Me: 27
VO: I think you are too old for a college. why you want to study there?
Me: Acturally, I tried to get my master's degree of economics.But the professor mentioned that I needed to build my mathematics and economics background. He suggested me to conside HVCC.
Me: (started to say something when he was silent). This is my employment contract. I have signed the contract with E&J. And i will work for them when i finish my study and get my corresponding degree. If I don't do that, they are gonna sue me and I have pay 30000RMB as the penalty.
VO: oh,why did they want to hire you?
Me: I had a part-time job there before. I helped them build their CRM system. Their CEO had a very good impression of me. Before I'm leaving for America, I talked with their CEO. He gave me an inverview and decided to offered me a job.
VO: oh,What do they do?
Me: It's trading company, with a stong trading relation with America and China. They need someone who is familar with american accounting system.
VO: (checking my contract) So, they (E&J) are going to watching you?
Me: Yes.
VO: (silent, checking my materials) How long have you been in shanghai?
Me: 2 and a half years.
VO: Do you have a Zan Zhu Zheng or Ju Zhu Zheng? Because your passport was issued in Shandong.
Me: Yes, I have a Zan Zhu Zheng
VO: (silent, checking my materials). What do you do now?
Me: I work for CBI China.
VO: What's that?
Me: Bla bla bla...
VO: Do you have your business card? (pointing at my material pack)
Me: I have lots of business card. But I don't bring them with me. Do you need me to provide later?
VO: (silent)
Me: Ｉhave this, maybe it can prove that I'm working for CBI China now. ( I passed my income certificate proven by my company)
VO: May I see it? (checking it)
VO: (silent, writing something on the yellow paper and I could see it very clearly. He was trying to mark that I didn't have a RV)
Me: I have my resume here, do you wanna see it?
VO: Yes, please. (checking my resume and delete the mark from the yellow papar)
VO: (giving me the yellow paper) Please provide this material (business card & Zan Zhu Zheng) and fax them by this number.( pointing at the number on the yellow paper)
Me: I see. How soon do I need to do that?
VO: As soon as possible
Me: Ok, I have a question: when you receive my materials, how long do you need to consider my application?
VO: As long as we receive your materials, we will make a decision at your application immediately.
Me: Thank you.
VO: You are welcome.
回来之后才发现，以前的暂住证早就弄丢了，好像是因为中间搬过家，而且在上海，搬家之后要到新的居委会去办，旧的也不管用了。还好，办这个比较简单。建议没有的同学尽快办一本，just in case.
资料准备的越充足，自信心越大，这点我是比较有体会的。我的资料清单有：
1. 护照， I-20表格，DS-160表格，学校录取通知书，Sevis收据及原件，学习计划，简历
2. 赞助人资料，公司开的个人收入证明，以及银行办的财产证明
3. 大学毕业证，学位证，成绩单原件及公证件
4. 托福成绩
5. 归国后的劳动合同
6. 生活照片
最后VO收走的资料有： 护照，I-20表格，DS-160表格，Sevis收据，公司开的个人收入证明，劳动合同和简历。不明白VO对我的关注点为什么集中在我现在的工作和我将来的工作上。我已经按照要求传真了我的名片和暂住证（新），以后就看check officer自己的想法了。 |
