我就去申请了一个无犯罪记录。上面写着我有一个出庭记录，大约是2年前，因为开车毁坏了学校的一些设施。罚了750块。

我当时就是找不到路，然后在一个LOCAL 篮球场（露天的）上绕了一下，因为篮球场是那种地板，走的时候发出了漂移的声音，被邻居发现，报了警。警察来的时候我刚好出来，他们就说我毁坏学校财产。我就认了。我下午还回去学校道歉和帮他们把肽痕都清理干净了。但警察后来说这不是道路，需要上庭。我就上去了。罚了750.

那个无犯罪记录文件写着事件是蓄意破坏学校财产。法庭的结论是（Court result）是No conviction， fine ￥750.

我想问这东西会不会很影响我的Visa申请啊？

请有过这方面经历的人帮帮我。       谢谢。

没事的，我也出过庭没有定罪罚款250，去年申请的pr早就下了，但是你得找个JP写对这件事的合理解释，让他签名 ...

你说是主动申请的时候就附带这个信函，还是移民局要求你解释的时候你才补交？

No conviction就是没有定罪不留案底的意思。有出庭记录和有案底不一样，没事儿。这种非刑事案件一般不会对移 ...

就是你在地下停车场，有时候倒车也会发出的那种声音。而且旁边老太太是看见我留下了肽痕告诉学校保安，他们联系警察找我的，我绕了几圈，然后停在旁边。他们就认出我的车，后来我回来他们刚好来了。
