想找工作 苦于没有渠道

本人还在中国 工作3年 20多岁 国内中级职称（非工程师类）
打算移民 在Monster等媒介找工作 但之前没有试过隔山找工作的经历 所以仍一头雾水
像我这类情况 怎么找工作会比较让人放心呢
找于对口的专业 不抱十分大的希望
