对里面的一句话有点疑问。
“在新南威尔士大学就读的Andy在报纸上找到一份西餐厅的工作，为了生计，他每周工作5天，每天5小时”
学生签证合法的打工时间不是每两周不能超过40个小时吗？
这个5*5=25小时一周，怎么理解？请各路大侠指点一下。谢了

移民局人力物力有限 不可能做到法网通天

第一，有可能是现金工，移民局查不到。第二，移民局没工夫查。看运气。第三，放假期间。第四，ABN持有者，不写打工时间，只开发票。

如果是现金工，还报道出来~太明目张胆咧。 第四的ABN听说过，好像通俗点说就是老板不给你发工资，而是自己给自己发。但具体是怎么操作就no idea。。。。。。。。

ABN相当于你经营一个生意，你提供服务，不是雇佣关系，是合作关系，你给所谓的老板开发票。
