Chef厨师长 和cook厨师的level是不一样的哦,你fulltime年薪53900以上,小时工资就是要26澳币以上的,而你3个月兼职parttime or causal的工资反而20澳币一小时,不合理的啊。
你递交的组织结构图中,你既然是chef厨师长,底下也确实需要有cook,handchef,执码,油锅,帮厨类的员工来管理的哦。
由于你的RCB失败,你的提名和签证分到co以后肯定是要拒签的,你可以选择重新递交RCB,或是撤销你的提名和签证申请(当然提名和签证申请费,移民局是不会退的)

提名职业必须满足以下三点之一:
1.提名职业在ACT职业列表上面必须是Open的状态
2.如果是关闭的或者Limited,提名人必须在近三个月全职为该雇主工作过,并且职位是提名职位,学生签证持有人每周工作20小时就可以。
3.The employer has tried to fill the nominated position from the local labour market by:
Listing the nominated position as a vacancy with a local job placement provider for at least four weeks in the eight weeks leading up to lodging the application
and
Advertising the nominated position as a vacancy on a well recognised online employment site for at least 28 days; and/or placing a total of four separate advertisements in Saturday and weekday editions of The Canberra Times. Advertisements must:
(1)Accurately reflect the duties, salary and any other benefits of the position. The salary must reflect the current market rate.
(2)Be written to attract the best possible response.
(3)Describe the position in a way that would not discourage Australian Citizens or permanent residents to apply.

3.近一年的财务报表
4.写以下公司的简介,产品及服务类型
5.如果提名职位以前存在,现在辞职了提供一下相关证明,如果是新添加的职位需要,需要提供公司扩大的证据
6.提供该职位不能由当地人代替的证据,如果是打广告的话需要提供广告原件,Outcomes of recruitment campaign,Details of any applicants, including if they are Australian citizens or permanent residents and the reason why they are not suitable for the position;
7.雇主合同
提名人需要提供简历,护照首页和澳大利亚签证页
