The company
AusPacific Group (www.auspacificgroup.com.au)is an importing company with a head office in China. We offer a wide range ofproducts to our customers such as guestroom soaps, shampoos, hotel slippers,paper products, garbage bags, pens, etc.
The position · Explore businessopportunities for both new and existing customers.Prepare and execute marketing plans for the customers to capture newbusiness.
Develop contingency plan for the customers to sustain current business· Provide guidance andinstructions to the suppliers on behalf of the customers to support marketdevelopment · Follow up purchasing orders- starting from placing orders to suppliers and final delivery to localcustomer warehouse
The candidate
To accomplish the roles above, the following skills and experience arenecessary. · Experience in sales andmarketing will be an advantage; preferably for local Australian market · Experience in customerservice and working with suppliers will be preferable · Strict requirement of veryfluent English in both business and oral communication · The aptitude in writing andspeaking of Chinese (Mandarin) would be highly considered · Good interpersonal skillswith the ability to work cooperatively with others of a strong team orientation· Demonstrate understandingand a commitment to excellence in customer service · Computer literacy
Working time
This job will be available from 01/08/2016. For the first threemonths, the working time will be 10am-4pm, 2-3days/week.
