I want to homestay with locals, or share a house or an apartment with international students not from Chinese, so as to practice English.
My ideal rent is less than $130/w covering all.

How much is the bond and rent/weed? Which does it cover?
How long is the minimum term? I will live for at least 6 months.
Do you own the house?
Whom shall I sign the contract with? Etc
