首先你要登记所有学生的姓名、地址，联系电邮及电话，每人交的磅金是多少。如果我替你出律师信的话，一封律师信便可以了，收费是550元包括GST，可由所有同学平分。
如有当时缴交磅金的收据也发给我，主要看清楚收据是由Peter Wong还是当时的公司发出。

如果收据是写公司名字，理论上要向公司追讨，如果公司清盘的话，那么就等中介将物业拍卖还了银行的钱之后才可以分给你们。如果拍卖的资金比欠银行的款项还少，你们就不能拿回押金了。
