黄体酮的话，如果自行补充，会否有过量之忧？

所以在补黄体酮之前，最好先去查个身体内的指数，如果偏低就可以适当补充，每周如果能查一下更好，指数升到一定标准了，那就不需要补充了，尽量不要补充超过3个月。

谢谢mm回复！我也想过让国内寄个中药方子来，但是又担心人家不把脉，开出来的药会不会不合适？

這也是一個問題，但沒辦法，每次看到血就有各種的擔心，在這裡醫生跟本不能為你做點什麼，因為我個人比較相信中醫調理，我會把藥方拿到中醫把脈看是否適合自己食用。還好，現不用不上了。

西医认为如果先兆流产说明胚胎不好，是自然选择的结果，
但是国内大量的病例说明，经过中西结合保胎下来的，没有出现异常的畸形或者过高的异常胎儿，和正常怀孕一样，
在话语权缺乏的西医里面，这些病例是没有说服力的，有时反而选择性视而不见，
对不保胎就流产，保下来小孩子好好的，
但是西医说，这些你不保以后也会正常生下来，
这个谁也不好说了，又不好做实验。哪能说得清楚。

但是在西医生殖中心，大剂量使用黄体酮，外用的他说可以用，就可以用
这时候黄体酮就是用来保胎的
只是专业术语叫  黄体支持，
我们叫保胎
