其实和警察辩论不难，因为在任何车速下刹车都需要一定的停车距离的。你要看道路的限速，你距离白线的距离 ...

现在又有了新变化，今天又去警局核实了一下，这次警察却说我的名字没有出现在report里面，因为是A与B直接相撞。这种情况应该怎么理解呢？

严格的讲：黄灯：如果安全的话----停车.也就是说除非感觉在黄灯时急停车会造成后车追尾，否则就应该停车。

所以说黄灯亮起的时候我的距离比较尴尬，根本不知道是停好还是直接开过去好。。

问题就是你有没有证据证明你那时不能急刹车，如果有就最好了。

问题就是你有没有证据证明你那时不能急刹车，如果有就最好了。

所以现在我就得想办法把这份罚单给撤掉 这样我就能从这个事件里完全脱责了

嗯嗯~~ 大恩不言谢啦 现在主要是有一张罚单在我手上 所以我就在想有比有必要把这张罚单撤销掉 否则我感觉那保险公司早晚会找上我的

此外，你当时开车有没有其他人在你车上可以给你做证？或者你能不能跟A车的车主取得联系，让他给你做证，证明你并没有强行通过（也就是说在黄灯情况下，你能安全停车却强行冲过）。这样就万无一失了。
