中介是挣房东的钱，怎么可能向着租户呢。
如果你要和中介理论，一定要有理有据，也需要学校的支持。
我做学生的时候也被中介黑过，要赔钱，向学校accomodation咨询过后，直接就移交给了他们交涉，中介也不了了之了。不过当但是中介无理取闹在先。

如果有的话，中介就没话说了，掉漆大概不会一年才开始。

嗯，谢谢你的分享。我昨天给学校的accommodation service发邮件了，想不到还真回复了。我明天就去咨询一下，不该我负的责，我绝对不给黑中介坑。想不到老实还要坑！！！

那也要看什么情况要报告，比如我原来租的房子墙上裂个大缝，搞不清楚是不是建筑上的问题，墙会不会倒，这个我就及时报告了。像你说的家具的漆掉了些，无关紧要啊，最主要是你搬进去时都没和中介一起检查，没填检查表，没签字，你还报告什么？这不是给自己找麻烦嘛。
