如果做457 2年之后转pr 还需要继续在雇主那里工作吗 做457是不是要4年 才能真正拿到身份

理论上是的，457是4年的签证，然后2年之后，雇主再次提名，申请187,187下来之后还是需要为雇主履行2年雇佣合同的，除非入籍拿澳洲护照。
如果英语条件满足的情况下我们建议直接申请187，
如果英语只有雅思5555的话，只有先通过2年457的中转再187，就不需要187的英语要求了。
