锅里烧水
把萝卜和肉，姜，当归 放进锅里滚一下
（水要刚好没过材料）
然后加老抽 和一点点生抽
盖上盖子用小伙慢慢炖
炖。。。。炖。。。。炖。。。。
水块干的时候放点芹菜  再闷一会就可以起来吃啦哈
胡椒随便什么时候都可以放哈   有胡椒更好吃~~~~

但我们那边正宗做法是还要加鱿鱼干下去熬汤汁。。我没有鱿鱼干哈。。。
一般店里卖的都是老汤   巨好吃。。
但自己在家没这么多时间慢慢炖哈    差不多就好了
