整个澳洲的医生都不欢迎小孩到医院，除非有生命危险。因为担心小孩到医院容易受到病菌侵害，小事都是打电 ...

西瓜是37周才开始吃的，过早吃真的不好。平时煮食应多放姜，头3个月是很折磨的，伟大母爱就是这个时候开始的展现出来。很多东西都要戒口，是很惨的，但为了胎儿健康没办法。中国人还是要中西结合，不能全靠西医，按照中医角度，饮食怎么搭配很重要。老外就是不注重饮食调理，生完孩子或过了30很多身体都出现问题。

如果你还是持学生签证，就只有OSHC. 保险公司都可以让你选私家或公立医院/诊所，但他们一般只赔你medicare 包的费用或指定的金额，多出的要自付。 如果你不愁费用的话，就挑你喜欢的医院。 不然就要问医院的收费 和打去你现在的保险公司问他们可以cover多少， 你要付多少。（你可以参考一下MEDIBANK 的oshc 中文册子理解一下 http://www.ahmoshc.com/media/38872/1420%20oshc_policy%20doc_a5%20(sc).pdf

如果真的很恶心油腻就不要吃了，多吃点清淡的，保证维生素和矿物质供应，我有次早上睡觉时候都恶心醒了

我选了flinders public hospital，看了很多人的评论好像还不错，离我家很近，我的oshc是只COVER standard的费用，可是我问了，他们也没能告诉我金额，我也没有概念，大概是什么价位？这个体检的时候问医院能得到答案吗？
至于6000我不清楚能不能拿到，这个要去哪里咨询呢？

嗯，真心恶心的时候是没办法吃东西的，在这边只有我和我老公2个人，也没个大人照看，饮食都是自己弄，经常做完饭被熏得都不想吃了，哎，生活好难啊。
朋友说我没有计划好就怀孕了，可是既然他/她已经选择了我当妈妈，我就会生下来。
