请教从中介退房的问题

9楼说的是事实，中介扣的钱一般不会给房东，有时反而径常叫房东出维修费，费用很高，很多房东不愿找中介。

有次更离谱！city council要找人检查地下管道，然后估算了我们大院一共要缴多少钱。这个Ray white直接就把bill寄给我。我百思不得其解，怎么就摊在我头上了。我朋友说态度千万要坚决，你只是租客，不能交这钱，很多中介就是欺负我们多一事少一事的心态。

反正我身边有3几个朋友租过，就是一直投诉他们太差劲了，而且对待中国人态度很高傲。我跟他签合同，他正眼没看过我，第一次他迟到，要我再去一次，第二次把已经谈好的租金突然改成过交10刀每周，我们不签，他又约我们第三次签约。

你们住进去的时候有没有填写 condition list,把一些房子问题列出来拍照留证据？

如果有的话，中介就没话 ...

当时房子是转租别人的合同，他合同满了以后，直接给我寄来新的合同。那个中介只管让我们把paper work都填写以下，band金的名字转到我名下，然后他们什么都不管了

最后今天的accommodation advisor给出建议：以后别在论坛上转别人的合同了，中介最爱转这种空子。他们肯定不亏，还省时间开放房子找租客。

说的没错啊 太多孔子可以钻了 比如清洁，合同时间长短，租金涨价很多地方都可以黑你一下 尤其是你找的这个中介听起来不太靠谱，退租的时候由于没有inspection sheet很多房子的老问题估计都会算到你账上。
