感觉突然一下，华人挨罚的情况突然就激增。。。。以前好像没这么严重

    不单只是华人吧？过节的时候，外面路上到处是陷阱。在学校，期中考的前2周左右，那保安就罚的特别勤快。常看到路边车的雨刮上，都是一片片黄色罚单。估计最近都缺钱。

你只要没买parking permit，学校没有你车的资料 你就不用交罚款，学校拿你也没办法。但是如果你有parking permit，乱停车被罚，那
就得交了，不然它会算到你学费里面。

其實警察開罰單或者捉你違規的時候是看心情還是一定會罰呢?!

这个问题非常有意思。但我不能告诉你。
这么说吧，每个警察都有自己的风格，宽严各有各自的道理，但有一点可以肯定，不管是不是看心情，前提肯定是被抓的人先犯错了。95%的警察我感觉是看你的态度。被抓了闯红灯，非要说自己明明看见还是黄的，这就没救了。（黄灯也可以给你开罚单，有理有据）。但是态度好，就有机会得一警告，大家都have a nice day.
