另外亲我知道你生之前（差点写成生前）肚子小，想必没有什么妊娠纹的困扰，但是产后你用束腹带了么？我现在还处于产前囤货阶段，大批量的淘宝货会跟着我老妈一起飞过来，哈。

唉，话说我的一手材料也要等到两个月之后，到时候再看我能不能做到正确姿势吧。。。

恩我完全没长纹是真的,不过产后7天我开始用了腹带,我让我妈从国内带过来的,买月子餐的时候人家送的，祝宝宝顺利出生`~

我生完以后也有一点子宫脱垂，自己能感觉出来的，马上取束腹带，煅炼盆底肌肉，恶露干净以后，天天倒着放脚，然后就没事了。
