       我們當初是說好''應該''會住到十月底他說要搬走前兩星期告知就可以'後來我老公找到工作我們想早點搬便提前兩星期告知她'沒想到她大變臉!!他說你們要住到十月底就要住到十月底!不然押金不退還'我和我老公想說那就住到十月24號也是最後一次付房租的到期日期'他就說不行!!!一定要31號!!然後又拿押金威脅我們!!還說你們走以後要把房間和廁所打掃乾淨之類的~我們心想你的房子那麼髒廁所也是大家共用的'他小兒子尿尿都會尿在馬桶外面很臭憑甚麼要我們打掃~~隔了約一星期因為我的工作關係離現在房子不是很近'後來我又跑去跟他商量我說24號也是月底為什麼一定要住到31號'他很強硬的說就是這樣!!!後來她不知想到了甚麼他就說24號你們搬走我退你們一半'27號搬我退你們全部!我們心想應該是有房客要住進來!! 所以妥協了~~~~~後來因這件事的關係雙方都開始不講話~~
       後來又到了下一次付房租前'她塞了一張紙上面寫租屋到期日是31號要我們付下兩周的錢剩餘的住房日期用押金扣!!!!我的天啊她又反悔了~~上面還寫要把房子打掃乾淨'並且還寫了不要打壞其他室友和她的關係!!!真的是氣死我了!!!我跟我老公在澳洲住那麼久從沒和房東交惡過'要搬走房東沒要求我們都會把床單洗好房間打掃乾淨~大家好聚好散'她現在根本明顯在欺負我們~~~大家小心這個房東!為了錢一點人性都沒有~~
