我一般首先会不厌其烦的背简历，推销自己
然后聊聊最近矿上的最新动态，当然是基于从报纸和网上对矿上的报道。
一般聊到这么多，HR都会稍稍透露下哪些部门有可能会缺人，或者你什么时候再打电话给他会有结果。当然这些可能都是套话，但是至少能给你一个希望，比干等要强。

HR很喜欢中国人。来矿上的同胞一批又一批，会推销自己的，能吃苦的都找到了工作。
我以前就是学生，阿大IT毕业的，自我感觉做labour没有问题。
我发的工作都是不需要技术，门槛很低的。如果你去看看招聘的广告，就能发现这一点。
不要太看低自己的能力了。
