是啊..虽然是在澳洲..但是澳洲医疗机构的擦边球还有漏洞太多了..
简单举个例子吧..
理论上如果真生病了才可以拿医生的“假条”..
可是拿到“假条”的人又有多少是真生了病的呢？
理论上，签假条的GP要了解病人的病状..给出意见..最后开假条..
可是在很多时候..医生只是草草的听病人说了所谓的“病情”
因为时间有限..就匆匆的签字了事~
我们医院的假条就在我们那桌子上..
我随便拿几张自己签个字给别人用的话..
谁还真会去考证这签字是不是个真正的GP签的啊..对吧？

有些时候理论上可能有些document会这样记录，注意哦，是理论上。但是实际上有堕胎经历的女孩子会知道，其实去了没有那么多麻烦的事情。但是我相信，没人会那么傻站出来说明事实。实际上，医院医生护士助产士也不会跟你费那么多话，追究的太多。在这发帖不是说南澳打胎的难与易，合法或者不合法，document跟现实中有什么不同，而是给不幸意外怀孕的姐妹们一点IDEA罢了。当然是希望这样的杀人事件少发生，但是一旦发生了，总要去解决的。

在SA居住满两个月的任何年龄的妇女，若想去医院堕胎，需有两个医生的评估和批准，条件是继续妊娠会危及孕妇的生命，伤害到精神和肉体，或者胎儿有先天性的生理和精神缺陷。

A woman (of any age) who has resided in South Australia for at least two months may have an abortion, at certain hospitals, by a medical practitioner who agrees with another medical practitioner with one of the following assessments:

• the pregnancy continuing involves greater risk to the pregnant woman's life, or greater risk of injury to her physical or mental health, than terminating the pregnancy, or
• there is a substantial risk if the pregnancy is not terminated that the child will be seriously handicapped from physical or mental abnormalities.

WA	Legal up to 20 weeks*, some restrictions particularly for under                                 16s. Very restricted after 20 weeks.
NT	Legal to 14 weeks* if 2 doctors agree that woman’s physical                                 and/or mental health endangered by pregnancy, or for serious                                 foetal abnormality. Up to 23 weeks* in an emergency.
