Who we are? We are a tyre and wheel wholesale company located in Brisbane. This is our new branch in QLD and our base is in Melbourne. The major business we are doing is Tyre Importing and Distributing. We need a General Manager to join our team and looking after the business in the long run.
What’s in it for you? Your base salary will be $60k (experience dependent) + super + bonus.
This role allows you to introduce and implement your ideas and improvements directly to the top-level, internal decision maker. This position will give you the chance to learn and practice your overall administration capability from different areas such as accounting, sales, warehouse management, and HR. This is a long run opportunity for you to grow with a company.
What you will be doing: You meed to be able to handle all three major departments of the company: Admin/Sales/Warehouse To be detailed: 1. Handling VIP customers 2. Giving moderate discount depends on the scanario 3. Managing staffs 4. Giving hand to the office if requested (answering customer phone calls) 5. Giving hand to the warehouse person if requested (unloading containers/picking up orders)
Overall saying, you need to be able to fit in any position in the company whilist the major task is to make sure everyone is doing their job correctly.
