去年的新房什么都很干净，二楼是木地板，无宠物且LED光源
一超大卧室配queen size bed。超大衣橱，床垫是很新的。有吊扇和全新没用过的空调，不会像老房子的空调有霉菌
一超大阳台，可以晾衣服喝下午茶
一套独立超大卫浴。面盆属于比较大的，干湿分离厕卫生间是分开的
一带衣橱的学习间/储物间/衣帽间/书房（没有空调 但有吊扇）

公用空间的家电都是质量好的，厨房是瓦斯炉灶和外循环强力吸油烟机

目前整个屋子住了2对 UQ和QUT的学生couple。为了保证质量另外只招收最多两人。

2月21 就可搬入
车位，很可惜车库已经被停满车，但是路边有很多车位。
