The Role

We are looking for an incredibly enthusiastic caretaker-onsite manager to join our quickly expanding team. You must be reliable,and passionate about your career in Real Estate. The role is varied. It willinvolve working with a team committed staff members, as well as the day to daymanagement of the new residential apartment complexes in Brisbane. You musthave the ability to work well within a team, yet have the maturity to workautonomously.

Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing systems and procedures across the sites

Complete audits and checks across the site

Conducting lease renewals, rent reviews, regular routineinspections,

Supervising the execution of Tenancy Agreements and associateddocuments.

Managing all aspects associated with Property Management

EOM statement

Trust account software for banking

Property caretaking

Maintenance

Cleaning

The ideal candidate:

Needs to speak both English and Mandarin at advanced level

At least 1 years experience in Property Management

Highly organised with excellent time management skills

Excellent customer service skills and a positive "cando" attitude

Excellent communication skills

Must be a team player

Experience with Rest will be an advantage

Most importantly - you enjoy a positive, fast paced, fun andvibrant work place.
