One room for rent in 3 bedroom share house. Room has single bed, desk, cupboard, chest of drawers, light, fan, bin and towels and linen. Rent includes wireless internet, phone rental, water, electricity and gas, $130/wk. Kitchen has all near new appliances and fridge, laundry has new washing machine, lounge room will soon have all new furniture. Large newly landscaped backyard. We eat most dinner meals together so that our house is more like a home. I am always happy to help with any English help or assignment editing. House is to share with Chinese nursing student, Australia medical science student and Italian accounting student and two very friendly dogs. No couples and no smokers please. 房东夫妇均为老外，为人相当Nice，妻子为阿大Medical Science 大三学生，澳籍，老公为意大利籍会计学生。本人为房东同学，由于House内目前租有一苏州籍女生，护理专业，相处非常愉快，经常共进各式中西晚餐，因此，房东希望能再招租一名华人女生。

House共有3个房间，现将出租其中一间，$130 全包，希望有意练习口语，感受西方生活习惯的女生诚租。
