对 是5年有效的旅游签证

旅游签证没有主副申请人之说的吧
父母各填一份申请表的
但相关资料可以交1份 如户口本

不可以的

但有排队编号之后可以申请5年有效的旅游签证
每18个月内可连续居住12个月

没有排队的话，如果你本人是pr 或者公民，可以给父母申请3年有效的旅游签证
