it's a low income card and it will give you discount on medication as well as free dental treatment plus other benefit that I don't know yet :)

牙龈炎要看是不是很严重。 直接洗牙是没问题的，但是也许单单洗牙治疗不好你的牙龈炎。有时候要到专家那里深度清洁。我们可以给你看一下，给你一个治疗方案。
