This Furnished house with 3 fully furnished bedrooms, including: bed/linen, desk, lamp, chair, built-ins storage, air-condition and door lock in each room. Shared living room, piano zoo, Lounge/dining area, fully-functional kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. Just 5-10 mins to marion shopping centre and Flinders uni. walk 5 mins to Coles. I have just taken possession of this 3 bedroom property and looking for 1 female or male university student to rent a room( single bed). Would also be happy to consider quite respectful professional working females looking to share with students. Definitely no party people, too noisy and smokers. Currently only one bedrooms is available. other two bedrooms have rented by a Chinese guy who is studying master degree at Flinders uni. he is very quiet, clean and polite. anther bedroom is rented by a Chinese girl who also study in Flinders uni. she is very friendly and easy going.
