( near hampstead road , walk to bus stop 28 around 5-6 mins for 202/203)

Room: medium room with furniture and can use bathroom toilet without other.
Ps: female only, love clean , no smoking

There are 3 persons who live in the house and a dog soon. ( one is an Aussie, the other is an Asian)
U can come to see the room late of January and move in after 9th of February

There are IGA,chemist warehouse, Northgate shopping center, Macdonald near the area.

Including rent + bill$200/ a week
( provide toilet & cleaning goods and might have dinner together)
