请问我有了CLAIM号，可对方不准备修车，我还一定需要向保险公司支付ACCESS FEE么

前几天我从后面撞上了一辆车， 当时交换了信息。因为我从表面上看他的车后面除了擦上一点点我的油漆，都没损伤。但因为是好车，我担心会修，所以还是向我的保险公司RACQ报了，然后有了这次事故的CLAIM NUMBER。 现在问题是，我尝试和对方联系，他们也不回应，感觉好像不准备去修车的样子。

我的问题是： 我还一定要向RACQ支付那个ACCESSS FEE 么？ RACQ 让我14天内付款，如果不付会怎样？ 我付$500,然后对方不修车，那我不是交的很冤么？。。。。

依目前情況 ACCESSS FEE 先不交不簽名CLAIM,試著再聯絡他們, 要修就修,不修也說聲不好意思, 要真沒反應就省下了,以後開車小心些就是了.

问一下RACQ, 如果因为联系不到另一方车主，你不需要claim了，要取消的话，一定要在几日内通知；
然后在那个时间段里想办法继续联系对方，确定他是否真的不要修了。
